Immerse yourself in a meditative sound bath surrounded by the paintings of Eleanor Norcross, the founder of the Fitchburg Art Museum. This unique gallery experience will be led by local yoga and Reiki instructor, Brandy Lefsyk of Home and Heart Studio.
Sponsored by Posigen Solar, this free event is the first in a limited series of Free First Thursday community programming. It is open to all ages to attend. The sound bath experience will be limited to 15 attendees.
To participate in the event, please bring a yoga mat if comfortable sitting on the gallery floor. Chair seating will be available upon request.
